Coastline Development is a local custom home builder in St. Petersburg, Florida. The owner, Geoff Miller, is a St. Pete Native, with a passion for creating a unique product and holds a commitment to quality. 

As a St. Pete High IB Alumni, Geoff continued his education at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) where he received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. After graduating, he worked with a custom home builder based out of South Tampa. As a Construction Manager, he successfully built custom homes all throughout the Tampa Bay Area ranging from Odessa, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, Parrish, and Manatee County.

Geoff has always had a desire to start his own business. After studying and receiving his Certified Building Contractor License, he took the leap to start his own company, Coastline Development. With 10 years of experience in the field, Geoff strives to provide a top of the line product and is not afraid to go the extra mile for a happy client. A dedicated and authentic builder, that truly cares about his work and the end result!
